Lucrezia Proietti

Lucrezia Proietti is a pianist who lives in Terni (Umbria). 

She studied in the Conservatory of her city and perfected at the Santa Cecilia Foundation in Portogruaro. She is also graduated in Literature and Philosophy at the University La Sapienza of Rome. 

As soloist, she has performed with important orchestras such I Solisti Aquilani, the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto and Orchestra Sinfonica Abruzzese. 

Also passionate about chamber music repertoire, regularly have performed in the European Cultural Institutes of London, Budapest, Warsaw, Madrid and Belgrade and in Italy she performed at important institutions such as Amici della Musica di Firenze, Società dei Concerti di Milano, Settimana Internazionali of Stresa, Accademia Filarmonica Romana.

For some years she was part of a project to disseminate Italian musical culture in Latin American countries: Teatro argentino Astor Piazzolla of La Plata, Usina de l’arte of Buenos Aires , Teatro Anita Villalaz of Panama City. 

She is a teacher at the Conservatory of Terni and at Music High School of Rieti and she is the artistic director of the Piedilucofestival the international music festival.
