Inaugural Concert Opens the Festival with Great Success
The 2026 Festival opened in splendid fashion on 30 June with a memorable inaugural concert at the beautiful Teatro Giardino of Palazzo de' Mayo, welcoming a large and enthusiastic audience for an evening dedicated to choral music.
The concert featured the Ud'AinCanto Choir of the "G. d'Annunzio" University of Chieti–Pescara, whose performance was met with warm applause and widespread acclaim. Their rich and expressive programme created a festive atmosphere, setting the tone for the days of music and celebration ahead.
The opening evening was attended by numerous guests and local representatives, including the Mayor, who expressed great appreciation for the festival and highlighted the importance of cultural initiatives that bring together artists, audiences, and the local community.
